5. Projekt tartalmának bemutatása: "A projekt szükségességét a termelési kapacitás előrejelezhető bővülése, valamint a meglévő, elavultnak számító konyhai eszközök technológiai megújítása adta. A következő eszközöket szereztük be a pályázat által: 6 égős, őrlángos, lábonálló gáztűzhely; 40-es, ürítőszivattyús pohármosogató gépek (2 db); RATIONAL kombipároló-sütők (2 db) keretállvánnyal és vízlágyítóval; 1400 literes rozsdamentes acél hűtőszekrények (3 db); pizzakemence; 700 literes rozsdamentes acél hűtőszekrények (4 db); 2x10 literes dupla olajsütő; 1400 literes rozsdamentes acél fagyasztó; 20 literes olajsütő; spirálkaros dagasztógép; szájjég gép; kalapos tányérmosogatógép; elektromos rostlap; elektromos tűzhely. Az eszközök 2021.09.30-án kerültek üzembe helyezésre.

Az összes termék hozzájárul a dolgozóink munkájának megkönnyítéséhez, ami fontos, mert nagy létszámú étkeztetéseket látunk el. Emellett szintén nagyon fontos, hogy ezentúl nagyobb biztonságban és komfortosabban tudják dolgozóink ellátni feladatukat. A projektünk egyik célja az volt, hogy az A’la Carte világát becsempésszük a menüztetés világába, így a vevőinket magasabb színvonalon tudjuk kiszolgálni és jobb minőségű ételt tudunk biztosítani a számukra. A beszerzett új eszközökkel lehetőségünk nyílt a választékunk és a kapacitásunk bővítésére is. Választékosabb, prémiumabb étlapokat tudunk létrehozni, mely hosszú távon vevői elégedettséggel fog járni, ez pedig a későbbiekben hozzájárulhat újabb egységek létrehozásához, meglévő egységek bővüléséhez.

A beszerzett eszközök által a vállalkozás versenyképes tudott maradni, a vevői megrendeléseket határidőre és minőségibb formában tudja teljesíteni, ezáltal ezentúl még megbízhatóbb partnernek fog számítani megrendelői körében. A vállalkozás termelési kapacitásának bővülése nagyobb árbevételt generál, amelyet további fejlesztésekre, a versenyképességünk fokozására és állományi létszámunk bővülésére kívánunk fordítani, ezáltal megvalósul a vállalkozás fenntartható fejlődése."
